Dear All,

The funeral of my beloved husband took place at East Riding Crematorium [Octon] on Wednesday the 22nd of May. From the three of us, a most sincere “thank you” to the many scores of you who attended the service that afternoon.

A collection was held for MIND the mental health charity and I am pleased to advise that a total of £1,000 was donated. I will arrange to present, proudly, this sum as a cheque, to MIND, in Beverley, in June.

Last but not least, thank you for all the support and kindness you have shown us during the past few weeks…..from the [54] cards and hand-written letters; to the anonymous, but most welcome, food packages that are mysteriously left and placed on our front doorstep – the latter; every one of them absolutely delicious!!!!
